seguretat, accessibilitat i efici\u00e8ncia operativa dels sistemes de mobilitat vertical.<\/p><p>Aquesta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aszende.com\/ca\/blog\/normativamanteniment-dascensors\/\">normativa de manteniment<\/a>, condicions de seguretat i inspeccions respon a la necessitat de <strong>reduir el risc d&#8217;errors mec\u00e0nics<\/strong>, millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat per a persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda i optimitzar el <strong>consum energ\u00e8tic<\/strong> dels equips.<\/p><p>Les modificacions introdu\u00efdes afecten tant els propietaris d&#8217;edificis com les El seu abast abasta des de la planificaci\u00f3 i execuci\u00f3 del <strong>manteniment preventiu i correctiu<\/strong> fins a les exig\u00e8ncies t\u00e8cniques per a la modernitzaci\u00f3 i la substituci\u00f3 de components. <\/p>\n<p>Aquesta normativa defineix les <strong>condicions m\u00ednimes obligat\u00f2ries<\/strong> per al manteniment dels ascensors a Espanya, i assegura que els equips operin de manera \u00f2ptima i sense representar riscos per als usuaris. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s fonamental comprendre la normativa i complir els procediments establerts.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Procediments t\u00e8cnics a cada revisi\u00f3<\/strong>: Segons la ITC, cada inspecci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;incloure la verificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements de seguretat, la lubricaci\u00f3 dels components mec\u00e0nics, la revisi\u00f3 del sistema el\u00e8ctric i la comprovaci\u00f3 del funcionament correcte de les portes.<\/li><li><strong>Elements clau a inspeccionar en cada manteniment<\/strong>: Els t\u00e8cnics han de revisar els components m\u00e9s cr\u00edtics, com ara els sistemes de tracci\u00f3, guies, frens, portes, dispositius de seguretat i els sistemes de comunicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncia. Aplicar correctament la ITC no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una obligaci\u00f3 legal, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 un comprom\u00eds amb l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia i la seguretat en el transport vertical.
