Aquesta disposici\u00f3, emmarcada dins del Reglament d\u2019Aparells d\u2019Elevaci\u00f3 i Manipulaci\u00f3, refor\u00e7a la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019una supervisi\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica especialitzada que permeti <strong>allargar la vida \u00fatil de l\u2019ascensor i minimitzar el risc de fallades mec\u00e0niques o el\u00e8ctriques<\/strong>.. <\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia que l\u2019empresa estigui habilitada garanteix que compti amb personal qualificat, protocols certificats i experi\u00e8ncia contrastada en la conservaci\u00f3 de sistemes elevadors, condicions imprescindibles per assegurar la conformitat amb els est\u00e0ndards t\u00e8cnics establerts per l\u2019administraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 significa que tots els ascensors en funcionament s\u2019han de <strong> sotmetre a revisions peri\u00f2diques<\/strong> per garantir el seu correcte estat i la seguretat dels usuaris.
