En casos de locals de menor mida o amb menys tr\u00e0nsit, les revisions poden realitzar-se <strong>bimestralment<\/strong>, sempre que el nivell d\u2019\u00fas ho permeti i estigui degudament justificat.  <\/p>\n<p>De fet, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aszende.com\/ca\/blog\/nova-normativa-ascensors-itc\/\">nova ITC en el manteniment d\u2019ascensors<\/a> ha establert directrius m\u00e9s rigoroses en entorns de p\u00fablica concurr\u00e8ncia, refor\u00e7ant aix\u00ed la necessitat de revisions peri\u00f2diques i el compliment estricte dels est\u00e0ndards de seguretat.<\/p>\n<p>En edificis considerats de <strong>p\u00fablica concurr\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, com botigues de grans marques, centres de salut o edificis administratius, els contractes estan sotmesos a condicions m\u00e9s estrictes, regulades per la <strong> Norma UNE 81-70<\/strong>, que estableix requisits espec\u00edfics d\u2019accessibilitat i seguretat en instal\u00b7lacions obertes al p\u00fablic. Aquest tipus de contractes exigeix una major freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de revisions i un compliment normatiu rigor\u00f3s. <\/p>\n<p>Un exemple d\u2019aix\u00f2 \u00e9s <strong>la botiga Dior a Madrid,<\/strong> la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de la qual hauria de revisar-se mensualment. Tanmateix, a causa dels seus alts est\u00e0ndards de servei, el client va sol\u00b7licitar dues revisions al mes.
