Is a lift the best solution I can install?
<\/strong>It\u2019s definitely the most versatile solution and the one that covers the largest number of vertical transport needs for your home. The lift meets needs such as the vertical movement of goods and the vertical displacement of any person with reduced mobility or who wants to avoid having to climb the stairs. The alternative solutions don\u2019t cover all these situations.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the power consumption of a lift?
<\/span><\/strong>Depending on the technology with which it is designed, we would normally be talking about a consumption of 2 – 8 kW during use. Now, there are also technologies which make use of renewable energy, so it can be combined to the point of being very energy efficient. This power can be supplied by means of a 380 V connection, or using the 220 V connection commonly found in family homes. There are systems with energy storage that can also work in conjunction with a renewable energy generation system such as solar photovoltaic or wind power, thus achieving a near-zero impact on the home.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How is a lift quotation estimated?
<\/strong>The price of a lift varies depending on the number of floors to be covered, load capacity, cabin finishes, type of boarding and type of doors to be installed. How long does it take to install a lift?
<\/strong>The process of installing a lift for a family home should not exceed one month of work without counting the civil works. However, it will depend on the type of device, the type of property, and whether the customers are already living there or it\u2019s a new build.<\/p>\n

Is maintenance mandatory?
<\/strong>Spanish legislation requires that all lifts be registered (R.A.E.) and have mandatory maintenance<\/a> by a specialist technician.
