1. Identifying data
In accordance with the requirements of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is provided: the company owning the web domain is Aszende S.L.U. 2. Users
By accessing and/or using this Aszende portal, a person becomes a user and, from the moment of said access and/or use, accepts the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions which, when applicable, are binding.
3. Use of the portal
Aszende.com provides a wealth of online information, services, programs or data (henceforth, “the contents”) belonging to Aszende or its licensors and to which the user may have access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content.
The user will be responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the information provided. As a consequence of this registration, the user may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and to keep it confidential. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services, and to not use them for (i) engaging in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) spreading content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or illegal nature, or that is in support of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) causing damage to the hardware and software systems of the company that created the website, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or spreading any computer viruses on the network or any other hardware or software systems that might cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and use the email accounts of other users and to tamper with their messages. Aszende reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that jeopardise children or young people, public order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any event, Aszende will not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participatory means.
4. Data protection
Aszende complies with the guidelines in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December which approves the Regulation implementing the Organic Law, and other legislation in force at all times, and ensures proper use and processing of the user’s personal data. To do so, together with each personal data collection form, in the services that the user may request from [email protected], the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of their data in each case, and they will be informed of the responsibility for the file created, the address of the responsible party, the opportunity to exercise their right to access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of their personal data, the purpose of the processing and any data sharing with third parties.
Aszende also declares that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will at all times request the user’s consent to the processing of their email for commercial purposes.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Aszende, by itself or as an assignee, owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software and texts; trademarks and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Aszende or its licensors.

By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public dissemination, including the means of making them available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes are expressly forbidden, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Aszende. The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Aszende. They may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or on any other physical medium, provided that this is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The user must not delete, alter, evade or manipulate any protection device or security system installed on the Aszende website.
6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Aszende will not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, in spite of having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent this from occurring.
7. Modifications
Aszende reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, including changing, removing or adding both content and services provided through the portal and the way in which these are shown or located on its portal.
8. Links
In the event that Aszende.com contains any links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Aszende will not exert any control at all over such sites and contents. Under no circumstances will Aszende assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, truthfulness, validity or constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other Internet sites. The inclusion of any such external links will not imply any kind of association, merger or involvement with the linked entities.
9. Right of exclusion
Aszende reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.
10. General
Aszende will pursue any failure to comply with these conditions as well as any improper use of its website by taking all civil and criminal actions to which it may be legally entitled.
11. Modification and duration of these conditions
Aszende may modify at any time the conditions set out herein, these being duly published as they appear here.
The validity of these conditions will depend on their publication and they will remain in force until replaced by new ones.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Aszende and the user will be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
