Quality, environment and safety policy
Since 1977, ASZENDE, S.L.U., has specialised in the installation, repair and maintenance of lifts,
offering a comprehensive service in vertical transportation for both residential spaces and large installations. Its aim is to continue to be one a market-leading company providing HIGH-QUALITY HEIGHT SOLUTIONS. To do this, the company identifies the stakeholders involved in all its processes, evaluates the risks of interaction between stakeholders and processes, acts accordingly to minimise such risks and thus ensures its future.
ASZENDE, S.L.U, aware that its future in the sector is determined by the satisfaction of its customers, the safety and health of its employees and partners, and the protection of the environment, is committed to:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive management system in the development of its processes based on the quality of service, the health and safety of its workers and stakeholders, and environmental protection, focused on:
- Achieving maximum possible levels of satisfaction with all organisational and external stakeholders.
- Promoting the continuous improvement of the management system in relation to health and safety at work, respect for the environment and quality by developing a preventive culture and good working habits.
- Minimising the environmental impact of our activity by assessing environmental aspects related to our processes and establishing mechanisms for adequate control over them.
- Promoting the collaboration and participation of all workers and stakeholders in the decision-making that the company must take, through the bodies, persons and channels of communication defined for this purpose.
- Eliminating hazards and reducing risks to occupational health and safety.
- Achieving maximum possible levels of satisfaction with all organisational and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining and revising this policy in line with changing environments and stakeholders and as a frame of reference for establishing and reviewing organisational objectives. Disseminating its content, promoting awareness-raising, information and training activities, integrating all stakeholders into the commitment.
- Ensuring legal compliance with all applicable requirements and with any others signed by the organisation itself.
- Making available all the necessary resources to ensure the rights of prevention of harm and deterioration of the health of workers, to achieve the highest quality of our products and customer services, and to preserve the environment and minimise our impact on it. These resources include optimal training of our staff for the tasks they perform.
- Continuously monitor the performance of the management system in order to make decisions in the event of deviations from the policy.
- Maintain a management system with defined scope to:
a. Directive 2014/33/EU: manufacture, assembly, installation, final inspection and testing of Lifts.
b. Major modifications to lifts: design, production, installation, final control and testing of lifts with speeds > 0.15 m/s
c. ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001: Installation, maintenance and repair of lifts, loading platforms and platforms for people with disabilities. Design and installation of major renovations.
Communicating environmental performance
ASZENDE SLU, in order to minimise its environmental impact, incorporates an environmental management system in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 14001 standard.
